The Filthy Fifteen by Nicole Lizée

In 2019 I started performing with the Contemporary Art Music Project (CAMP) in Tampa, Florida. In 2021 we were asked to perform at the Timucua Arts Foundation in Orlando, Florida. When asked if I wanted to perform a solo on the concert, I began thinking of composers that I had met while studying and living abroad in Montréal. Having played Son of the Man with the Golden Arms by Nicole Lizée in 2014, I asked her if she had any recent percussion solos I could perform. What I learned and played was The Filthy Fifteen for solo percussion, soundtrack, and film.
